1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or Square. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and payment information.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may restrict future bookings.
3. Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled, and the deposit may be forfeited. This ensures fairness and respect for all scheduled clients.
4. Payments
We accept approved forms of payment for services and products. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Services & Results
Lash results vary based on natural lashes, lifestyle, and aftercare. Lashanova Studio is not responsible for premature lash loss due to improper aftercare, hormonal changes, medications, or natural shedding cycles.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or eye issues prior to service. Lashanova Studio reserves the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.
7. Refunds & Redos
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are offered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment.
8. Personal Belongings
Lashanova Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Lashanova Studio and may not be used without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
